2011/2012 Re-enrollment form

Our School is funded by donations, tuition fees & government grants (50% of the per pupil cost of the local school district)

Per Course Fee	$453/course

NOTE: Full payment in advance qualifies fora discount of 5% - due by end of September.

For those making monthly payments, tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payments may be made by post dated cheque or by pre-authorized debit (PAD). PAD forms are available from the school office.

Other Fees:

Student Activity Fee (includes costs for swimming, skating, most field trips, etc. Costs for skiing and certain class trips are not included)
Graduation Fee
Annual Re-enrolment Fee (is non-refundable and will be deducted from your September tuition amount)

Note: The Canada Revenue Agency allows for a portion of your tuition to be receipted each year as a donation to a non-profit organization.
